One of the most most experienced drivers in the EuroNASCAR field, Marc Goossens will drive the #77 DF1 Racing Camaro in 2021 with the new sponsor Lettner Trans.
“I’m happy to be back in the EuroNASCAR. Norbert Walchhofer and me have been in contact for some time and now there was an opportunity to work together, although it was a late decision. I’ve been working with the Belgian mechanics in the past, they know me and what I want. There is no time for testing left, but I’m confident that my past experience from the EuroNASCAR and the experience with the mechanics will help us compensate the lack of tests”, Marc Goossens said. “My goal always is to win, for sure, but first of all I need to familiarize with the team. In Valencia I’ll try to stay out of trouble in the races. I’m confident that we’ll be successful together and able to challenge podiums.”
Goossens boasts 1 win and 21 top-5s in just 44 EuroNASCAR PRO career starts. The Geel native finished 5th in points in 2020.
