At 17 years of age and with a single-seater background, Francesco Garisto made his debut in the EuroNASCAR 2 Championship in 2020.

2020: Garisto finished 9th in points in EuroNASCAR 2 with 1 top-5 and 7 top-10 finishes.

2021: The Italian returned to the EuroNASCAR 2 championship to battle for the title and his first NWES win. He finished 5th in points with 1 top-5 and 6 top-10 finishes.

2022: Garisto returned to EuroNASCAR 2 driving the #17 Shadow DNM8
