EURONASCAR MEDIA AREA

The NASCAR Euro Series provides a professional environment for journalists, photographers, influencers and TV crews throughout its events at the tracks all around Europe. To gain access through media credentials follow the following steps: 

  • Fill out the media credentials form (CLICK HERE) at least two weeks prior the start of the event
  • Submit a copy of your press card or editorial assignment, professional insurance and links to your previous EuroNASCAR coverage if available 
  • Send the credential form and all other documents to media(at)euronascar.com 
  • Wait for the approval by the EuroNASCAR staff 

Important Notes

EuroNASCAR and the tracks are allowed to cancel any credentials at any time for any reason. Make sure to bring valid insurance documents with you at every event. The track may deny your credentials if you cannot show your insurance.

The NASCAR Euro Series gives different media the opportunity to work in a professional environment. To keep the high level of media appearances we need you to send us links to your articles, photos and videos within two weeks after the event via e-mail.

Always act professionally. Follow the instructions given by officials and marshals. Never put yourself or others in danger. Motorsport is dangerous, be safe and cautious during the whole event. Always act kindly and respectfully to officials, drivers and spectators.

Usage of EuroNASCAR photos

The NASCAR Euro Series provides a lot of photos for editorial use on Flickr (GO TO GALLERIES). Media outlets are allowed to use the photos for editorial purposes by following the guidelines. Any commercial use is prohibited and needs a permission by the series. 

  • Do not alter the photo in a improper way 
  • Always add the following credits: NASCAR Euro Series / Name of the photographer (The name of the photographer can be found in the photo’s information on Flickr)
  • Photos can be used on websites, in print magazines, on social media and videos for editorial use only.

Usage of photos taken by accredited photographers

Photos taken by accredited photographers are only allowed to be used for editorial purposes. Commercial use is prohibited without permission. Photographers and clients also have to follow the track’s terms and conditions regarding usage of photos by accredited photographers.

Usage of EuroNASCAR video material 

Videos and clips by the NASCAR Euro Series can be used for editorial use only after the media team gave the permission or if they have been sent in an official press release. Usage of YouTube video clips is prohibited unless there is a written permission of use.

Usage of videos taken by accredited video crews

TV crews and video crews are allowed to film in the paddock and at the track in the green areas and within the rules provided by the series and tracks. Filming is allowed for editorial purposes only. Commercial usage is prohibited without permission. Video crews and clients also have to follow the track’s terms and conditions regarding usage of video material filmed by accredited film crews. It’s not allowed to broadcast the races live from the track or install cameras on the cars without the permission of the series. 

About the NASCAR Euro Series 

The NASCAR Euro Series was founded in 2008 by Team FJ and established the NASCAR official European Series thanks to a long-term partnership signed with NASCAR (National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing), TEAM FJ, and Whelen Engineering. The season is made of seven rounds on the best European tracks - 28 races, equally split among PRO and OPEN (AM) championships.

With four races in two days, these over 400 HP V8 monsters provide pure racing action and thrilling bumper-to-bumper battles as well as a lot of family fun around the track! In the pure NASCAR tradition, race fans can get closer to the action than ever and feel the unique in Europe paddock atmosphere thanks to drivers, teams and cars always available for the spectators. The series attracts drivers from all over the world, all willing to fight on track for the win and take the first step towards becoming a NASCAR star in the U.S.
